Hi I have ordered this theme and I can see the payment has gone through Paypal, however, when I log in the membership area it says payment has not been received.
Can you advise how long it usually takes for payment to go through? I’m worried in case there is a problem.

When you completed the order successfully, the theme will be present in your account. but sometimes there is a delay, and it takes only a few minutes.
I check your account and have access to the product you purchase. so you should be good to go if you give it another try.
